How to request deletion

Please email us at support@timestreak.app from the same email address you use to sign in to TimeStreak.

Use this subject line: TimeStreak Account Deletion Request

In your email, please include:

• The email address used to sign in to TimeStreak

• A clear request to delete your TimeStreak account

What happens when you delete your account

When we process your request, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with your TimeStreak account and remove your access to the app.

Information we may retain

In some cases, we may retain limited information where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or financial record-keeping purposes. This may include payment-related records handled by our payment providers.

Timeframe

We aim to complete account deletion requests within 30 days.

Requests for children’s accounts

If you are a parent or guardian requesting deletion of a child’s account, please mention this in your email so we can process the request appropriately.
